Can converting my videotape to DVD improve the video quality?
The transfer process is limited by the video quality of the tape. However, DVDs are a much higher-quality medium that videocasettes, so by transferring your video to DVD, you can stop the quality loss before it gets any worse! And because DVDs are digital, you can make perfect copies time after time. DVDs will also not wear out no matter how many times you play them.
